Custom waterjet cutting at 221 Robotics

At 221 Robotics we operate a high quality Omax waterjet cutter with a maximum cutting area of 5ft x 10ft. We can cut materials up to 5 inches thick! We typically stock aluminum, polycarbonate and baltic birch.

We support secondary operations; tapping, chamfers, edge deburring, tight tolerance holes, broaching, etc. We also offer manual and CNC milling, lathe operations, welding and assembly. We will engineer and design anything you need.
